We had a lovely time, thanks to Vanessa! She was so helpful finding stuff for our son and even sent back things he forgot. Rooms are super nice—think fancy hotel vibes! Just wish the restaurant wasn’t so cold. the air vent blew right at us while we tried to enjoy breakfast.

Had a fantastic time here! I really enjoyed the relaxing massage and the beautiful indoor swimming pool. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all. 😊

Our family’s pool party at opus westchester created memories we will cherish forever. staff attended to every detail, treating us like royalty, while the sparkling rooftop pool was an absolute dream for the kids to enjoy.

The Opus Westchester, Autograph Collection, offers beautiful rooms with very comfortable beds, spacious layouts, and a well-stocked minibar. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower, and the ambiance in the lobby is sophisticated yet cozy, especially near the fireplace. The hotel's location is fantastic, just across from Macy's and various high street shops.

During my stay, I loved how close the hotel was to the beautiful Battle Hill Park, just a short stroll away for stunning views, and the Galleria at White Plains being just a few steps away made my shopping trips super convenient. it’s a shame that some areas could use a bit of freshening up, but the welcoming service made up for it.
